Anvil Development Software License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of software provided by Anvil Development ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.





License Grant: Anvil Development grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for commercial or personal purposes, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.



Restrictions:





Distribution: You are not permitted to distribute, share, or sublicense the Software to any third party.



Modification: You are not permitted to modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.



Decompilation: You are not permitted to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.



Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are retained by Anvil Development. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.



No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk.



No Liability: Anvil Development shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if Anvil Development has been advised of the possibility of such damages.



License Changes: Anvil Development reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will be available at https://anvildevelopment.us/freelicense.txt. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.



Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Anvil Development may terminate this license at any time with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.



Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
